The legal guarantee applies to every product. This warranty means that a product must be in good condition upon delivery and must function properly under normal use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible. This may include repair or replacement of the product concerned or a refund of the purchase price paid by you. You can make a report relating to a legal guarantee directly to our customer service department.

It is possible that there is also a manufacturer’s warranty, this is an additional warranty to the legal warranty that is given by the manufacturer or importer. The manufacturer or importer can set conditions to the warranty itself. The warranty period may differ per manufacturer/importer. The manufacturer’s warranty only applies to product and/or manufacturing defects. Wear, damage or improper use are excluded. If a product is defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you can also report this to our customer service department. We will then submit the matter to the relevant supplier on your behalf.
