It is possible that there is also a manufacturer’s warranty, this is an additional warranty to the legal warranty that is given by the manufacturer or importer. The manufacturer or importer can set conditions to the warranty itself. The warranty period may differ per manufacturer/importer. The manufacturer’s warranty only applies to product and/or manufacturing defects. Wear, damage or improper use are excluded. If a product is defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you can also report this to our customer service department. We will then submit the matter to the relevant supplier on your behalf.
